As a public service to all the loyal Cadpig fans across this enchanted universe of canine popularity, herewith is the entire lineup of plots-sort of-relating to our Number One Toon Dalmatian:
Starting off with her audition for the series ("The Making Of...",which actually aired later in the series),Cadpig then wound up in the dog pound, causing craziness to the other dogs ("Cadpig Behind Bars"). She later tried to straighten out a problem between Duchess and Princess the cows, but instead wound up with a barnyard brouhaha ("Mooooove It On Over"-which aired today,by the way). Soon she got revenge against the dogcatcher by locking him in the truck, which somehow was more of a "Double Dog Dare"[brief sequence from that episode, but not the main plot]set up for her by Lucky;and despite Cruella DeVil clawing the squeak out of her squeakie toy,Cadpig still gave Cruella a hand bath [a pair of sequences from "Barnboozled"].
Soon after,Cadpig tried to help Rolly in his strange romance with Dumpling by reciting expressions of love to him-only Rolly flubbed every romantic line, and accurately repeated Cadpig's expression of Rolly's flubbing to Dumpling("Swine Song")! Later,Cadpig became a surprising psychic-at least that's what all the other animals had thought. So she played along, thinking she finally had the respect she wanted-but an ice asteroid she created to finally make her world famous crashed through Grutely. So much for her not-so-psychic powers("Prophet and Loss",Cadpig's last 'Masterpiece' of the Season);but she did have hypnotic powers-which backfired on her after trying to hypnotize Spot into full-fledged chickenness:Cadpig acted like a chicken instead(sequence from "My Fair Chicken")! In a sort-of successful bit of hypnotism,Lieutenant Pug used Cadpig as a hypnotic device to turn his nemesis Persian Pete into a fraidy cat-Cadpig and Pug were handcuffed together at the time ("Howl Noon"),but somehow Persian Pete recovered and decided to exact revenge on Pug,who was called upon by the trio of pups(Lucky,Rolly, and of course Cadpig) to end an unwelcome party being held in the Dearly house by Swamp Rat.Unfortunately,Cadpig was suffering from Petting Deficit Syndrome then-but strangely enough,so was Persian Pete! So,the pups were able to end the party and cure Persian Pete at the same time! Cadpig, however, still suffered("Animal House Party")-until a strange twist of fate brought her and tough dog Mooch into a weird romantic entanglement, which Cadpig used to tame Mooch down enough to keep him from wrestling El Diablo the chihuahua in a so-called barnyard showdown. But when Mooch was tossed out of the ring, along with everyone else who tried to defeat El Diablo,Cadpig exploded into action-literally!!-and tossed El Diablo into a bell! But yet,Cadpig decided to give El Diablo the taming treatment as well("My Fair Moochie").
On the "Dalmatian Vacation",Cadpig sent out the call of the Barking Chain to help get the Dearlys out of the desert and on to the church-except a trick from Cruella split up the Dearlys,so Cadpig rode off with Anita to try to straighten things out-only they both ended up in a near-accident,only to be taken in by some crazy alien-worshipping zanies. Cadpig dressed up as a 'shaggy green messenger' to help Anita get to the church in one of the wildest climaxes of comic zaniness ever!
There were two moments of Cadpig fantasies as well:first, her imaginary ending for a Thunderbolt episode("Four Stories Up"),and her now-legendary role as the Ghost of Christmas Past ("A Christmas Cruella").
And of course Cadpig was the one who did most of the ideas to bring Cruella and Baron Efrem Von Schnickerdoodle together("Cupid Pups"). Her crazy New Age therapy drove Lambo into full surrender ("On the Lamb"),and let's not forget her so-called 'liberation' of what was actually a pet lobster("Lobster Tale").
Remember earlier about Cadpig helping Rolly romance Dumpling, only he flubbed all the lines except Cadpig's disgust over Rolly's flubbing? Well,Dumpling actually rescued Cadpig from the rapids the pup accidentally fell into after trying to help Dumpling off the bridge in a foul-up in trying to get the pig out of the puppy group("Hog Tied").
Finally,Cadpig made a refence to a classic Disney animated feature when they had to quickly conceive a new dress for Amber after Ivy ruined the regular one.Okay, the dress wasn't really that great, but it was the comedy("Beauty Pageant Pandemonium").
Which just goes to prove:Cadpig is truly The Most Popular Toon Dalmatian in the entire "101 Dalmatians" TV Series.
