Christmas PartyIt was Christmas eve On the Dearly Farm. Everyone was getting ready for the big Christmas Party that was about to take place. Two-Tone and Tripod had broken up, and Tripod seemed to like Jewel more and more as time went by. Tripod was getting ready along with Jewel. They were up at Tripod's part of the barn. "So Tripod" said Jewel, Holding up 2 dresses. "Which one!?, The Black or the Blue one?" Tripod paused for a moment. "I like the Blue one!" "Ok! said Jewel, Just let me put it on. Tripod was in a black Tux. "Well why u are changing ill be down stairs chatting." Tripod went down the ladder. He walked over to Dipstick and Patch. "Hey guys, i have somethign to show you." He whispered. Tripod pulled out a white box in his pocket he opened it to revel a gold ring, with Diamonds. "Ooooh!" said Dipstick and Patch. "So what do you think?" asked Tripod. "Nice!" said Patch. "So you are going to take it all the way with her? *" he asked. "No." Tripod replied. "Not yet. Not untill I get to be with her for a while." he said. "I'll just keep it in a safe place back in the b--- WHOA!!" Tripod accidentally droped the ring in a drainage vent inside the barn!!! "Oh NO, I dropped the ring!!!" exclaimed Tripod... Uh-oh!!!" said Tripod. Wait where does the drainage vent lead to!?" Tripod asked. "I think to hiccup hole." Rolly said. "GREAT!" Tripod said. "I can still make it! Tripod raced to the pond. He had a net with him to get it. He looked down and right before the ring fell into the pond, he caught it. "WHOA! that was close" He said. HE put the ring back into teh box and put it in his pocket. He hurried back to the barn just in time. "Did u ge the ring back?" Patch asked. "Yea, just in time too." He said. Rebbecca was right behind Tripod when he showed them the ring..... "Huh! So Tripod has got it made with Jewel." she said. "Well that's just Lucky for her!!!"... Rebbecca was thinking of a plan to break up Jewel and Tripod. She went walked over to Hiccup Hole and sat in the tree. "hmmmmmmmm....she thought.... "I know!" she said. "I'll make a christmas disaster!!!" With that, she went over to Mooch's place to ask if he would help her cause a menace. Meanwhile, over at Mooch's wagon, Mooch had bandaged himself of his injuries then Rebbeca came. "What are YOU doing her?" he asked with a mean tone. "I-I justed wanted to know if you could help me break Tripod and Jewel apart---I have a good plan!" said Rebbeca. "A plan?" Mooch asked. "You have a plan to break Tripod and Jewel apart??" "Yes." replied Rebbeca. "Ok, tell me!" said Mooch. "Ok here is the secret..." she whispered in Mooch's ear. Later in the barn, a big christmas celebration was being set up. There was a giant Santa Clause figure set up on top of the ledge where the ladder that the puppies use to climb up was. The figure was set on a round base with a release lever to secure it. If the lever were pulled without anyone holding the figure to safley take it down, it would fall and crash. Mooch and Rebbeca sneak behind the barn and clibed up an emergancy ladder in to the top-back window which lead to the top ledge. When no on was looking, Rebbeca tied a rope around the lever tightley but CAREFULLY!!! so as not to pull the lever and make it crash. At least not untill the Christmas disaster was to suddenly be started Then Mooch and Rebbeca left the barn with the other end of the rope that they would pull. Late at night when it was nice and beautiful, the Dalmatians all gathered in the barn to begin their celebration, little did they no that something horrible was about to happen!!! The Christmas Dalmatian Celebration began with music, laughter and lots of joy. Then comming into the barn were Tripod and Jewel beautifully dressed and ready for a wonderful Christmas date. "Ready for a wonderful evening, Jewel?" asked Tripod. "Oh yes, Tripod." replied Jewel in a soft romantic tone, blinking her eyes. All through out the evening, the Dalmatians all had a wonderful time. They ate food, sang, danced and loved each other. But with two party poopers, things were about to turn right around. Right behind the barn were Mooch and Rebbeca waiting for the right time to pull the rope. But co-incidentally Pongo and Perdita were ther looking at the Santa Clause figure and Pongo noticed the rope tied around the back lever from there view point of a side ledge that they were both sitting on... Pongo stood up, trying to get a better look. "What IS that?" He muttered. His mate stood up beside him, having no idea what he was looking. "Pongo? What are you staring at?" She said, cocking her head. "Theres a rope..er, something, beside that Santa." HE said. He gotg up to investigate. Walking up stealthily to Santa, he looked at the rope. "WHy, it's tied to the - Uhoh." Pongo said. RIght as he discovered the rope, the peice of wood he was sitting on cracked. He stood for a second, puzzled, when the piece of wood came down with a crash, Pongo following. "Pongo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Perdita cried in horror as her mate plumited. Tripod and Jewel raced over to Pongo. "Do u think he is alright?" Jewel said. Pongo awoke and looked up. "Why is everyone staring at me!?" Pongo said in confusion. "Oh honey!" Perdy said relived. "You're Alright, Lets go inside, ill explain it to u later." Perdy said. They walked out if the barn and into teh house. "Well that was weird." Tripod said. THe next song started. "May i have this dance?" Tripod asked in a funny tone. Jewel Giggeled "Oh yes Tripod u can!" she said. Rebbeca watched the whole thing, she was steaming with anger.... Look at that!!!He was never like that for me!!!" SHe practically screeched. "Maybe he loves her." Wizzer suggested, which just got him a big whack on the head. "Oh, shut up, puppies, we've got better things to do than bicker." Mooch said, growling at both. Rebbecca and Wizzer went back to whatching, which they did from a small hole in the wood. Meanwhile, Pongo was arguing with his mate. "Perdy, I'm fine, honestly!" HE protested, "Perd, it's Christmas Eve... I wann be with the kids." And he limped off, having hurt his paw in the fall. Perdita sighed and rolled her eyes, following after. When the reached the barn, they noticed Cadpig signing with the band ' Baby, Baby.." And dancing excellently. Tripod and Jewel were dancing with great energy, adn Lucky was in the front row tapping his feet to the beat. Pongo adn PErdita whathed on happily, but when Cadpig sang out 'Baby, baby, the stars are shining for you...and just like me I'm sure that they adore you..", Pongo reached round his wife's waist and pulled her out onto the dance floor. All the dogs - even Cadpig, smiling at all the couples - were having a blast. Except for Rebbecca, Mooch, adn Wizzer, wiating out in the cold for the right moment to pull the string. "Grrrrrrrr........this sucks!" said Rebbeca. Its cold, im hungry, Jewel well she is a...*SMACK!* Mooch slapped Rebbeca in the back, BE QUIET!!! "OuCh!" Rebbeca whispered. "Oh Tripod, I havent had this much fun, since oh i cant even remember!" Jewel said happily. "hey why dont i get the band together and play a song? "That would be cool!" Tripod got the band together and started palying "Sour Girl" by the stone temple pilots. The song started and Tripod started to sing.. Abotu half way thru the song... the Dalmatian rock group named "101+ Through Black and White" started to play some Heavy Metal and the Dalmatians danced freneticly and joyfully in a rocking goog time!!!... Pongo looked up. "Hey PErdita, we're underneath mistletoe." He said, smiling. Perdita smilied coyly an dmoved closer. As the we're inches away from each other, Cadpigs' head popped up, and botht he adults stopped and looked at her. "I saw mommy kissin' Santa Claus, Underneath the mistletoe last niggggghht!" She sang in her 'sweetie pie' voice, smiling devilishly. Pongo shook his haed at her laughing, and she bounced away. "Kids." Pongo said, nuzzleing his mate. Tripod's song was over, and he stepped dwon from the stage, and Cadpig stepped back up. "Thank u, 101-Through Black & White." Cadpig said cheerfully. Cadpig then steppped down from the stage. " Rebbecca?" she said,"SHHHHH!!!, quiet..." Rebbecca said,"Can i say something on teh microphone?" Cadpig looked at her with a strange look. "Ok!" she said uneasy. "THANKS!" with that Rebbecca dashed up onto the stage. "HEy u guys.,." Rebbeca started out, "There is something I need to tell you..." Tripod looked up to Rebbecca with a confused look. Rebbecca looked back uneasily, "What!?" Tripod barked out, in a rather sharp tone, "Uhhh......" and thats all Rebbecca could add, as she burst into tears and ran off the stage. Everyone looked on, but eventually went back to parting. "Tripod," said Jewel, "I better go talk to her." She said. Jewel poked her head around the corner. "Rebbecca, what's wrong?" She asked softly. Becca sniffed. "IT's just that you two are so happy, and, well.." "I wanna be with Tripod!" Jewel was getting sick of every girl on the barn always saying this to her, with a sharp tone she said "Well Then why did u break up with him!?!" Rebbecca looked up, "because I....Because..because.... I DONT KNOW!!!!" She wailed, and leant forward for a hug from Jewel. Jewel, however, was disgusted by this, and leaned away. "Look, Rebbecca, I am with Tripod. Why can't you people grasp this idea? Now, If you'll excuse me, I am going back to the dance." And she turned and starked away. Rebbecca was steaming. She turned around and ran back to Mooch, whispering, "Let's get this show on the road." Mooch sneered back at Rebbecca, "Listen fruitcake, i really don't want to be in any more trouble for this, your on your own, and besides my date is finally ready. "FINE THEN!!!" Rebbecca said. She turned around to see Mooch greeting a female Rottweiler. She had a spiked collar and a white dress on. Rebbecca sneered back and left. "I dont need them!" She said to herslef. Hmmmmm... she thought. "I KNOW!!!!!!!!" Rebbecca said with glee. "Ill make a big disaster happen and blam it on JEwel, Then Tripod whouldnt want to go out with her anymore." Rebbeca thought. "But what should happen.......I know! Ill set the barn on fire, it wont burn that much just a little!" Ill burn Tripod's part of the barn, where he has all his trophies and ribbons, and magizines and stuff. "Rebbecca let out a big eveil laugh, and went to swamp rat. "Hey swamp rat!" Rebbeca said, "Do u have any matches?" "Sure my darling!" Swamp rat said back, He held out a box of 30 matches. "They're waterprof!(sp?) so they will cost a little extra. "Great!!! Rebbecca held out a $5.00 bill and gave it to him. Swamp Rat examined it and said! "Okey dokey its a deal. Rebbeca looked in the box, she grinned evily! "OK!" They both shook hands and Rebbecca ran off to the barn. She krept up through the tree, where she knew it led to Tripod's part first thing. She waited till the right moment. "Hey Tripod ill be right back im going to go fix up my make up." Said Jewel, she climbed up the latter and onto her side wich was right by Tripod's. Rebbecca saw JEwel was puttting on some hairspray, "hmmmmm..hairspray is falmmable" she thought, she saw JEwel got some on her bed. When JEwel wasnt looking she striked the match flew in teh air, so it would hit the bed and ran. Jewel had just gotten down teh ladder when the match hit the bed.... As flames engolfed (sp?) the bed, Jewel shrieked in horror. It wasn't long till her whole part of the barn was in flames. Her eyes filled with terror, and she screamed and ran down the ladder as quick as possible (Which was quite fast, for unlike TwoTone and the other girls Tripod had been dating, she was atheletic and in shape). She flew into the middle of the party and shrieked, "THE BARNS ON FIREE!!!!" All the happy dancers froze instantly, and Pongo took on that sophisticated commanding look he only wore during an emergancy - great difference to his usual, happy-go-lucky appearence. "Where?!" He directed at Jewel amidst the girls' screaming and the boys running around to try and solve the problem they knew so little about. "Up- up-up" She stammered, pointing widly at the area of the falmes, "Up over there! On my bed! I was j-just coming d-down the ladder when it burst into flames!!!!" Pongo took in her story, then looked at his wife. "Perdy, take all the pups out of the barn. Lucky, Cadpig, go get ROger and Anita, NOW." Pongo said, and headed towards the falmes. All the dogs did what they were told instantly - except for Tripod, making his way towards his father. "Where are you going?" He asked - couching in the smoke. "To Investigate.." Pongo said, as he hmoved forward. Perdita rushed up to Tripod and him, looking so terribly worried. "Pongo, where are you -" "TO 'investigate'." Tripod said, "And I'm coming with him." Pongo turned around. "Oooh, no youre not. You go ack with your mother, It's too dangerous - " But he was cut of, for at that moment, a beam from the cealing, completely covered in flames, fell down in front of the door, making it virtually impossible to exit the now flaming inferno o the barn. "uhhh ohh." Pongo said. "DAD I KNOW HOW TO GET OUT!" Tripod ran over to the crack in the floor, he plied the wood up to reveal a secret passage. "How did u?" Pongo said with a look of surprise."Never mind that!" They went down into the moist damp passage, "follow me dad!" Tripod commanded. As soon as they got out, they saw Roger directing some Fireman to the scene. Anita was holding Perdy and Jewel dearly. "PONGO!" Perdy shouted and flung out of Anita's arms. They embraced, how did u get out?! "Well there was a secret passage way in teh barn Tripod knew about!" At the same time Jewel adn Tripod embracced eachother and kissed. "i thought u were a goner!"Jewel said relived. "As soon as that beam seperated us i thought u were going to burn to death!" Just then Rebbecca came running over. "Oh my gosh, did u see those flames?" she said Lookign shocked. "Who could of caused that?" she said starring at Jewel with a sneer..... "I have no idea, Rebbec-"Jewel began. "Oh really? The how come the culprit is YOU?!" Rebbecca said, an accusing finger pointing at her. "Jewel had nothing to do with this!" Tripoid snapped protectivly. "Yeah! Why would I want to burn my own stuff??!!!" Jewel yelled back. "Puppies, please, Rebbecca, you have no reason to accuse Jewel." Perdita began. "I SAW HER!!!" Rebbecca screeched, louder than anyone else, still pointing widly at her. "I was going to put some make up on, when I saw her putting hairspray all over her bed!" "WHY ON EARTH WOULD I PUT HARISPRAY ON MY BED?!?!?!?!" Jewel yelled. "Because oit's flammable. Then I saw her pull out a box of matches, strike one, and throw it up into the air." "Then how come Jewel told us first, huh?!" Tripod demandedc, and JEwel noded. "Because she pushed me!!! She pushed me out of the way, and I hit my back hard on the corner of the ladder. See!" Rebbecca pointed to the spot where Mooch had hit her, which had nmow turned into a bruise. Jewel's mouth hung open, and she went to defend herself. "I did nothing of the sort!!!" "YOU DID TOO!" Rebbecca yelled. "LOOK!!! THERES THE BOTTLE OF HARISPRAY AND THE MATCH!" Rebbeca pointed to a spot in the grass, where a chared box of matches and bottle of hairspray stood - right beside a jewelery box of Jewel's. Pongo and Perdy exchanged glances. It certainly seemed Jewel was the cause. By now, half the dogs on the farm were glaring at her, certain it was her fault. And Rebbecca wasn't going to stop there. She grabbed one of Jewel's paws. "LOOK!!! She's even got hairspray on her paws!" All the dogs stared in amazement. "AND look at the hairspray bottle!!! Jewel's name on it!" Sure enough, in loopy handwritting, Jewel had written her name in deep black. "I rest my case." Rebbecca said. All the other dogs stared at Jewel, who was close to tears. "How could you?!" Tripod said angrily at Jewel. HE shoved her, then walked away angrily. Jewel whatched go away. "Tripod! Certainly yuou don't believ alll this!" She called. "Well, it sure loks true, deosn't it, Jewel!?" He said, angrily at her, and walked away. Jewel burst out crying instantly.Jewel turned to Rebbeca and yelled "What did i ever do!?!" and ran off. Tripod went to invistagate the scene a little more, he saw footprints to the backway of the barn. He knew they werent Jewel's she was inside thw whole time, the only dog on the farm that was outside with that small of feet would be Rebbecca. Tripod thought about this for a while. "IT WAS REBBECCA!!" He shouted with glee. HE ran as fast as he could to Jewel. "JEWEL!" he yelled in excitment. "JEWEL YOU WERE TELLING THE TRUTH!!" Tripod yelled again, catching up to her. "Really? u belive me!?" Jewel questioned. "YES!! adn i know how to prove u are innocent!" Come one we dont have much time!" Tripod yelled again, catching up to her. Jewel ran swiftly behind him, where he pointed to the footprints. "Look! You never stepped foot outside, except to talk to Rebbecca, which was on the OTHER side of the barn. What did she say, any way?" He asked her. "She said she wanted to be with you." Jewel siad, growling under her breathe. "So, she has a motive." A high voice said. Both Jewel and Tripod turned to see the youngest of all the pups standing there. Cadpig. "Ughhh, Cadpig, what are you doing here?" Tripod said, roling his eyes. Now was NOT a good time. "Innocent untill proven guilty!" "Wha?" "I'm here to help." "Look, Cadpig, we can do this on our own." Tripod said. Thje runt shook her head. "Oh, no you can't. Jewel - 94 of the dogs back there hate you. You'll need all the help you can get." Cadpig said. "Let her help, Tripod, atleast she believes me." Jewel said. "Right then." Tripod said, and the three huddled. "First we need too..Get everyone to get to gather and listen to us, then we show tehm the foot prinst and compare them to Rebbecca's. The three agreed to it and set off. Tripod found the microphone on teh stage, still in perfect condidtion, he turned it on adn carried it by teh puppies. "HEY GUYS!!!" He yelled as loud as he could with teh mircophoen up as loud as hit could get. "I HAVE PROOF THAT REBBECCA WAS BEHinD THE WHOLE THING!!!" He yelle some more. "FOLLOW US!!!" tripod then began to walk, a few puppies followed him including rebbecca. "U cant prove anything!" Rebbecca said. "I whoudlnt be so sure!" cadpid said back. Tripod pointed to the foot prints, Only Rebbecca could of made these from earlier. (its still dark-lol, but dogs can see in the dark!) She was the only one with these small of paws that was outside!" JEwel was outside but on the otherside and her prints are slighty bigger." With That Tripod grabbed rebbecca foot and pressed it firmly against the ground, by on the prints. He lifted her paw up and set her aside to reveal a print that looked the same as the other. Perdita, Pongo and the puppies who had followed stared in disbelife.. "HELLO!" Cadpig said, breaking teh silene that had followed, "Don't just STAND THERE!!! SAY SOMETHING!!!" Perdy was first to be jerked back to reality. "First of all, I think we all we Jewel and appologee (ARGH! I CANT SPELL!)." All the puppies muttered their sorries, then Pongo spoke. "As for you, Rebbecca.." Rebbecca didnt want to get in trouble so with out thinking she ran off, before Pongo could speak. Pongo sighed a big sigh and left follwed by the rest of the puppies. "Come On Jewel!" said Tripod, as the two began to run after Rebbecca. "She is going to pay for this!" Jewel stammered, " OH heck yes!" Tripod agreed. They ran as fast as they could and followed Rebbecca's scent. I think she is around the corner, they both turned around it. Rebbecca was right there, they had fallen into a trap. In a instant Mooch and Rebbecca had both Tripod and Jewel tied up. Mooch smiled as they circled the two. "Honestly, Rebbecca, I'm impressed with your exicution. I had little faith in you." He said. Ther two prisioneers growled. Rebbecca smirked. "I'm not as stupid as I look." She said. Jewel's elegant lips curled. "I woulnd't bet on that, Rebbecca." Jewel said, pearly white teeth bearing at the bullies. Mooch exchanged glances with his allie, then the two villians had Jewel and Tripod tied up heavily to a far away tree - gaged, with ropes so tight it was virtually impossible for either to move.Then Rebbecca and Mooch left. Tripod looked miserably around. They were in a deep forest, on a tall tree, in the dead of night. Neither could call for help, and there was no hope of either freeing themsevles. He sighed. Their only hops was some one else. Several minutes past - it was getting cold. Jewel and her boyfriend exchanged glances. All seemed lost - when a small rustle in the bushes was spotted. Cadpigs' small spotted head apperaed. "Thought I'd find you here. Sorry it took so long, Mooch and Rebbecca are prowling arond the area like panthers. We'll have to be quiet." She said as she moved silently forward. "Hope they don't catch me.." She murmured. "Cadpig, there is a pocket knife in my back pocket, see if u can grab it." Tripod said trying the whisper. "Hurry!" Jewel said softly. "Ok, ok, hold on." Her paw was small enough to get through the ropes and reach into Tripod back pocket and grab the knife. Cadpig quickly opened it and hurried as she cut the ropes that had Tripod and Jewel kept in. When she was done she slowy pulled them off and flung them on the ground. "Wait!" said Tripod, lets tie them up." Tripod grabbed the ropes and swiftly but quietly snuck around teh trees to where Rebbecca and mooch were. They were sitting on a blanket with thier back turned towards Tripod. Tripod gulped quietly and Flugn the roped around both of them. He ran around so fast Mooch and Rebbecca didnt have time to find out what had happened, until they found themselves on the ground. Tripod fastened the roped so tight it may of been impossible to un tie them with out a knife. Jewel ran over to Rebbecca and laughed. She then kicked some dirt into her face and turned to Tripod. "Lets go back to the barn!" She said happily. The two embraced and kissed. Cadpig grinned. "Erm, guys, ya know, it is still Christmas Eve." Jewel nodded, "Absolutely right! Let's Dance!" And the three - Tripod rather reluctantly - began to - conga?- back to the others. THE END |
