Notice that the red areas are warp zones, which speed you from the center of the map, right into either one of the flag stations so to get a flag is easy, but then you have to run with it, down a long hallway, then back to the middle, to get sent back to the other base, to drop off the flag next to yours. The only complaint I have is that its hard to tell which base you are heading to, or are in.
