NEW TRACK FILE FORMAT

I have decided details of the new track format in as far as I am almost certain there will be one!
The new format will be a generalisation of the old one, probably not a lot more than a list of
objects with positions and orientations from which to compose the track, with no explicit ideas
of grids and distinctions between floor level items and track level items. You know, probably.
