05/11/2002 - Serials 2000 Is Dead

I have posted what would seem to be the last of the Serials 2000 updates. The November 1st update contains the entire Serials 2000 database. Here's a letter from the creator of Serials 2000 :

November 1st 2002 will be the last release from Serials 2000. Rather
than an update we will be releasing the entire database. I do not
care who does what with it, nor do I care if people continue to make
updates for the program, but please do not use our name. So, if Joe
Blow wants to release files FOR Serials 2000 that's fine, but please
not AS Serials 2000.

I have been thinking about this for quite a while, and have also
talked it over with ThndrKiss, and we both agree that the time is
right to close the project.

The site will remain up, as will the board, although I do not know
what I will do about the update section yet...

Consider me retired.

05/11/2002 - Updates On The Way

I have been neglecting the site lately, with good reason. I have a busy work schedule and I have been helping Grandy Graphics with their site redesign and now I help maintain that site as well. But, I promise updates very soon, starting with the serials 2000 updates tomorrow. I did redesign the site (with the new logo supplied by Grandy Graphics) in hopes that this will be the finalized layout.

06/10/2002 - DAP 3 & DIVX 5 Pro

I have added Download Accelerator 3 to the downloads section. It seems to be a lot better than the previous version. A patch is included with it. DIVX 5 Pro has also been added with a patch.

I am very displeased with my ISP, MT&T. Anyone who is on an MPower connection should read the article here. They have capped our connections, which has cut my broadband in half. And they never even let us know, without changing the price either! I will be leaving them and going with Eastlink which does limit the amount of bandwidth you can use.

28/09/2002 - Kazaa Hack P2P Worm

According a few people with McAfee Virusscan, the new Kazaa Participation Hack comes up as being a worm, but it is not. This is just an error bewteen McAfee and the Kazaa Hack.

27/09/2002 - New Section, New Hack

According to the few votes on the poll, and the lack of hits that the emulation section is getting, I have dropped it. Instead I added a P2P Hack section. It will have more than Kazaa hacks, I'll try to get as many for all the other P2P programs as well. So, the Kazaa Rebound and other items already posted have been moved to this new section.

The new hack we have fixes that nasty participation "feature" on Kazaa 2.0. This hack will raise you participation level to the max. No more waiting in the queue!!!

25/09/2002 - Submissions

Anyone who would like to make an article submission may do so through the submissions section. Also, I am looking for submissions for programs, cracks, or anything related. And, the posting of cracks would be very helpful if you people requested them in the forum. Post a crack request in the forum, and I guarantee that it will be posted.

25/09/2002 - Kazaa 2.0

The self-proclaimed #1 P2P software has now released its version 2. I can't say there are many changes. Except this new stupid integrity rating system they have. Now, they control who downloads and when, depending on how many people download from you. People who have had more files downloaded from them get priority in the queue than someone else who has just started, regardless how long they have been waiting in the queue. Hopefully this is a fad with Sharmen and they will drop it for the next Kazaa release. I am still waiting for a Rebound for Kazaa 2.0.

I finally got a valid Serials 2000 update for Sept. 01. The one I had before was no good.

17/09/2002 - Trillian Pro 1.0

The popular program Trillian has caused quite an uproar when it went "Pro" and came with a yearly fee. Now, we have Trillian Pro 1.0 here for free in the downloads section. The zip file comes with: Trillian Pro 1.0, the serial and all available plugins.

17/09/2002 - Lazy

There has been a real lack of updates, I know. I have been busy. And I have been involved playing Grand Theft Auto 3. Speaking of that, if you ever ned to copy a CD (for back-up purposes, of course) then I recommend CloneCD. It will flawlessly copy ANY CD. It is available from download.com. For updates, the newest Serials 2000 update is up, as well as a couple downloads.

16/08/2002 - 3DS Max 5

The latest Serials 2000 update has been added. For all those into Graphics programs, the crack for 3D Studio Max 5 will be up very soon. Hopefully later today, if I can get it from my source today. If not, then look for it tomorrow. I would appreciate any cracks to be submitted. Also, requests for cracks to be posted would help me in deciding which ones to put up next. I have a whole lot of them. So, post requests in the forum for cracks and/or roms. Sorry, I can't take ISO requests, as they are WAY to big. But, hopefully, I will have an FTP going soon that I could put them on.

The new Serials 2000 update is available. I was a little late posting it. I guess I forgot when I was changing the site to this location. Anyway, I have a ton of new cracks/patches that I will posting over the course of the rest of the month, so keep checking back. The emulation section will get a few more emulators as well, plus maybe some of the rare files you people seem to love downloading, such as Knuckles Chaotix. If anyone has copies of BleemCast!! that I could post, please send it to me in the submit section. I will be posting Bleem!!, so don't send that please.

Welcome to our new home. Nothings changed except the server we're on. Now there should not be any bandwidth issues. AT ALL. If anyone has a problem with bandwidth, or links as I may have missed a couple, then let me know, via email or the forum. ENJOY!

I have been fine-tuning the site. I have optimized it for higher resolution screens, please let me know how it works now in the forum. I have also changed the forum, having moved it to a better location, and merged it with afiliate site, Grandy Graphics.

I have also posted a few hard-to-fing Genesis roms, including Knuckles Chaotix for 32X. I'm also going to be posting some more cracks very soon!

Well, Happy Birthday to me. I am now a whole year older. I am currently working on the emulation section. It should be up pretty soon, before the day is out anyway.

I have been toying with the idea of an overhaul on the site. But, I am not getting any feedback, so I don't know what you people want out of this site. Please leave me some comments in the forum, so I can begin on the refit of Shady Media.

Kazaa has been updated to version 1.7.2. This newer version has better anti-virus, and a bug fix for a vulenrability, and improved search and download performance. Downloads have better chances of coming through. Get the rebound as well.

I added a neat program in the downloads section. Check it out! I am also going to do up the emulation section today (finally). As well as throw on some more cracks. The next S2K update will be in a few days.

I have added the Kazaa Rebound EXE. What a great program. I never went with KazaaLite and I guess it was for the better, as now people are finding spyware in it.The July 15 update for Serials 2000 is up. The next update for Serials 2000 will be in 12 days! I see that some people are trying access the emulation section. I have not updated it since I last revised the site, so its not available yet....sorry, buts it will be up again soon!

Well, its been a while since I have updated. It seems I've caught the eBAY bug and have been bidding left and right.... Anyway, I have done away with the old format for the serials section. Now you can get Serials 2000 from that section as well as the updates for it. I will be keeping up on the updates as best I can. Remember the forum is there to use and, any submissions are welcome. More updates soon!

I have added 2 emulators to the DC Emulation section. The DC has got to be the most versatile machine ever built. There doesn't seem to be anything it won't do. For those of you looking for serials, I am working on it. They will be posted this week sometime. And, I cannot stress enough to give me feedback in the FORUM.

Cerulean Studios has updated Trillian to version 0.73. This version fixes the problems with MSN Hotmail. Apparently they have a real big update happening soon, hopefully with webcam support. Ver. 0.73 is in the downloads section.
