Since CAPTA 1974 was enacted, millions of GOOD, functioning families have been interrogated, wrongly accused and prosecuted, and children removed from their loving parents. After going through an inquisition, suffering personal terror, helplessness, indignation, severe psychological trauma, deep financial and reputation loss, and the loss of children, many people have started their own organizations and websites attempting to- Educate America what is going on under the guise of "protecting children from abuse" Educate Families how to respond to an accusation. Help others who are being "investigated" Take ACTION to educate lawmakers about the cruelty inflicted on families. MAKE CHILD ABUSE A CRIME so parents AND children have access to their Civil Rights accorded them by Amendments 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 14 AND Miranda Rights.
