QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

M A J Construction Div. that provides its services in the construction domain. Our general policy is to provide good quality services, which comply with all contract-specifications and other contractual documents, to the clients. In practice this slogan is translated into real handing over of works with generally accepted standards whether from the side of material or workmanship.

We hereby declare that we shall, through selection of qualified experienced professionals and skilled workers and strict measures for corrective action, proper guidance and training throughout the organization, ensure good quality work in satisfactory to all concerned as well as the Client. Our staff invariably is of the opinion that good quality and quantity improvement are the right way for good reputation and hence success. This quality assurance gives proper analysis of the management system of our company that in our opinion is efficient enough to meet the contractual requirements for the specified works and suffices the internal and other external exercise.

We herein witness that this construction quality plan describes among others, the management system of M A J organization. It also gives proper analysis for how the office and site arrangement have been mingled to conform to the requirement of ISO 9000 – 1994 and that quality improvement is one of the targets, which we are trying to shoot at with all weapons at our disposal.

 

Equipment & Materials

Company own all types of construction equipment’s for the Civil-works including batch plant, mixer trucks, concrete pump, crane, trailers, dump trucks, water trucks, loaders, case loader, bulldozers, graders, rollers, excavators / Jack hammer, cutter, and other necessary hand tools. We maintain our equipment’s in good or excellent operating condition with our own well-qualified mechanics and technicians. We operate special services and maintenance trucks to service our equipment at the site to avoid delay due to any breakdown of equipment. We also have rent or leasing arrangement with two of the areas largest equipment suppliers.

All materials incorporated in the permanent work and its provision being upon the contract shall meet the entire quality requirement specified by the contract documents. The client engineer shall approve all materials, before any contract for their purchase or forward is made. Material supplies are obtained from reputable suppliers with whom our reputation for prompt payment assures us of priority consideration. Our purchasing personnel’s are well-qualified employees.
