Virginia Honors Frank G. Collins
and the Crew of the H.L. Hunley

The Fincastle Rifles, Camp 1326 and the 2nd Virginia Cavalry Co, C and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia will posthumously award Frank G. Collins, Hunley crew member and Virginian, this medal for service to Virginia and the Confederate States of America. The medal will be presented in Charleston S.C. on April 17th during services preceding burial of the Hunley crew.
