JavaScript pre-screening makes sense. It is not enough to ask "Do you know JavaScript?"
since virtually everyone who has worked on a web page can answer in the affirmative. By pre-screening this commonly
held knowledge it is very likely that the remainder of the candidate's qualifications will also be less obscure as well.
Our tests are standardized, reviewed frequently, and taken by thousands. When taken in the environment of a pre-screening
the tests can be monitored, and cannot be taken again for 30 days. The employer can focus their search on one or two tests
that they feel best represent their environment, keeping interview time to a minimum. Current employees can be tested to

Step by Step Instructions for the Pre-Screening Interview Test
- Remove the cookie of the person last tested. Go to the Records screen and select the Delete My Cookie selection, confirm the action. The cookie is now deleted.
- Return to the Records screen and create a cookie with the name of the prospect.
- Show the prospect the sample test and allow them to take it, taking particular attention to showing the difference between
the multiple-guess questions and the select-all-the-correct-answers questions. Have them click OK so that they are comfortable with the grading.
- Provide the person tested with the tests to be completed and have them take the tests one by one pressing OK when they are done with each test.
- When they have completed all the tests required, have them proceed to the Records office and print out their academic record/certificate.
